of our favorite uses of the DISCUS™ Personal Profile
is the features within the system that allows us to generate reports
that analyze and interprets the relationship dynamics behind any pair
of DISC profiles created within a DISCUS™ account. The
Relationship Analysis Report
describes the specifics of how that relationship works for each
individual and puts it together… in detail. **
You
can use this relationship report to help predict how individuals will
work together, or to investigate the operation of actual working
relations. The

Once you set up
a free DISCUS™ account with a minimum purchase of 10 profiles,
you can run unlimited numbers of Relationship
Analysis Reports - and in any combination – with people
whose profile is also in your DISCUS™ account!
This is ideal for consultants, managers, or any team leader who
works with more than 3-5 people and wants to gain the advantage of
knowing, in advance, how certain individuals are likely to do when
working together. Think of
the advantage if every business owner or Team Leader could see
themselves matched up with everyone else on the team!

pattern – i.e. no points are above 60% or lower than 40%, the system
is unable to determine enough variance in that profile to do a
